We accept the following payment methods:
Bank Wire - This is our preferred method for payment as it is the most secure. For our international clients, this is the only accepted form of payment.

To process a wire on our site:
1.) Add your watch to your cart.
2.) Contact us at (706) 773-7773 or email brian@timetradesllc.com to receive your wire instructions.

Zelle - Zelle does not charge a fee to send funds, all Zelle payments made on our site are encrypted and secure for your protection. Please confirm with your bank or credit union that there are no additional fees.

Wires sent before 5:00pm EST typically clear the same day. International customers, please allow 2-3 business days for international wires to process and clear. Once funds are cleared your purchase will be shipped.
Shipping:
We ship all of our watches fully insured via FedEx priority overnight® or International Priority®.

​International Shipping:

We offer international priority shipping for all of our clients.
*All international clients are responsible for the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping will be included in the price of your timepiece.
*All international clients are responsible for any applicable duties and taxes of their country, NO EXCEPTIONS. We advise you to double check your countries import/duty tax prior to purchase.

​Returns:
​
Returns must be initiated within 48 hours upon receipt of their watch. All watches must be in pristine condition and returned in the same condition in which it was received. This includes all boxes, paperwork, tools, straps, extras etc. All returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee.

A restocking fee will be waived if a watch is damaged during shipment. We will fix your timepiece and redeliver it back to you.
